We had an amazing time at hotel de la ville in Rome. The rooms are so beautiful and comfortable the service is outstanding and the location is perfect. The restaurant manger, Massimiliano made sure that we had the best time at our dinner. We highly recommend this hotel.

Estimado Hotel De La Ville,
¡Enhorabuena! Habéis excedido nuestras expectativas, una experiencia inolvidable. Me habían comentado que este hotel era una maravilla, pero como se suele decir “si no lo veo no lo creo”.
Mis amigas y yo hemos tenido la suerte de hospedarnos aquí tres días. Nuestra experiencia empezó antes de llegar a Roma, donde estuvimos en contacto con el maravilloso equipo de el Concierge que organizaron nuestra recogida desde el aeropuerto, reservas en restaurantes y visitas a diferentes museos. Una vez llegamos, los hombres de la puerta Massimo y Davide (si recuerdo bien) nos asistieron con las maletas, y nos acompañaron a la recepción para hacer el check in. Ahí tuvimos la suerte de conocer a Ania, que nos hizo el check in y acompañó a las habitaciones. ¡Que espectáculo de habitaciones!
Esa misma noche cenamos en el hotel, la comida buenísima ¡y el servicio aún mejor!
Desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos el equipo excedió nuestras expectativas. Lo que más nos sorprendió de Hotel De La Ville fue el servicio personalizado y lo detallistas que son. Todos los empleados se dirigían siempre a nosotras llamándonos por nuestros nombres, ¡que gusto!
Gracias Hotel De La Ville, desde luego que volveremos. Nos llevamos este recuerdo para siempre.
Y para los futuros clientes. Súper recomendable para viajar con amigos, en pareja o con tu familia. ¡El hotel precioso, acogedor y el servicio de DIEZ!

The Hotel is a real beauty with a stunning view overlooking Rome.
OIR stay was just perfect from the beginning thanks to the warm and professional welcome by Davide till the end.
A special mention to the breakfast with a wide selection of fresh products and the design of the venue with the music creates a sparkling minimalistic luxury feeling.
We really liked the station to make your own smoothie with fresh fruit and vegetables in the counter, this is something new hard to see in other hotels and for sure is a unique point.
Will be back for sure to enjoy the beauty of this property and it’s amazing staff.

The staff, notably Davide, welcomes you with genuine warmth and humor, ensuring a delightful stay from start to finish. The entrance, adorned with an impressive flower setup, sets the tone for the exquisite experience ahead. Housekeeping provide impeccable service: the room was perfectly cleaned, leaving no detail overlooked.
