Service - exceptional. Breakfast - just the right amount. Location - excellent. We walked to do many places and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

The hotel met our expectations. Upon arrival, offer water, sweets and somethings like that. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Clean room, good bed, good shower. They offer slippers, tea and toast in the room. The location is great. Close to the metro, the main tourist attractions and there are restaurants and supermarkets around. The only problem was that the air conditioning didn't cool at the time we went because it was already winter season, so the room was very hot. The open window helped a little. Despite being on the first floor, it is worth mentioning that we did not see an elevator.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I loved the traditional Italian design as opposed to staying in my usual modern hotels. We receive complementary bottle of Prosecco that was chilled and we really enjoyed. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was in the center of several famous tourist sites located 5 to 20 minutes walking distance depending on which site you are looking to see. Located in the center of a shopping district with plenty of high-end and local designer stores and 1-2 minutes walking with of restaurant options. Great location and I would definitely stay here again.
