LA MAISON ASTORIA

What a COINCIDENCE, on the day before our flight, we noticed our electronics were gone(laptop, 2 tablets, camera). Nothing was moved out of our luggage, everything was in order, like someone knew already where they were. I left my wallet without money in the room, but it was not taken. The TV was not stolen either. Some thieves like traveling light.
There was no sign of forced entry. The owner tried to say we left it unlocked. The cleaner wouldn't have noticed the door was not locked?!
Other things that were said by the owner:
'I know that in every room there was a laptop'- I am not so sure why do we have to put on display our belongings?!
'The cleaner saw you around 13⁰⁰ and said hello to you'-We were gone from around 11⁰⁰-11³⁰. I even checked the phone location. She then changed it to "I am not so sure", with a fake empathy.
Our electronics couldn't be tracked as we used them only at home or university, and we didn't think about the worst. I could barely believe it.

In the building, there are several announcements where they say there are surveillance cameras, but they were false announcements. THERE IS NO SURVEILLANCE CAMERA IN IT. It's not like the surveillance would bring our things back, but we would get some closure. There are many strangers that enter the building because there are also other businesses functioning.

If you can't improve the privacy and safety concerns, please stay out of business!! They are minimal requirements for travelers.

I wouldn't waste my money a second time in this place where too many "COINCIDENCES" happened.

PS. If you call the police, be prepared, they have A1 english level or worse! If you have a weak passport even more "amazing"????????. There is no excuse for this, after decades of modern tourism experience!!

Le stanze molto ampie con aria condizionata. La TV non prende nessun canale un soprammobile, i bagni discreti, lacolazione scadente il cornetto classica merendina confezionata e poco altro. Lo cinsiglio solo per la posizione.

La migliore struttura ricettiva da me provata a Roma. Camere semplici ma con quello che serve e sopratutto ben pulite, accoglienza piacevole e attenta alle necessità del cliente, a forse 100m dalla metro policlinico e a 15' a piedi da Termini, in zona tranquilla.
Tornerò di sicuro!

Non c'è che dire, ottima posizione, servizio ineccepibile e ciliegina sulla torta colazione sul terrazzo. Carino, pulito e discreto

3 giorni fantastici, personale gentile educato camera ampia e pulita, bagno nuovo, aria condizionata. Colazione all'italiana.
Metropolitana a 1 minuto dal albergo.
Sono stato molto soddisfatto.
Ritornerei!
Allego una foto della colazione per chi si lamenta che è scarsa. In più se vuoi ancora qualcosa basta che chiedi e ti porta senza problemi.
