Very pleasant accommodation in the city center, thanks to which we didn't have to use public transport and could always walk to where we needed to go. The rooms are located inside an apartment building and we accessed the building using a code. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist who explained everything important to us. The cleanliness and beautifully equipped room were also excellent. If we ever go to Rome again, we will stay here again!

Arrived at our room and the attendant promptly took payment. We walked into the room to find it stuffy and hot. I asked her about it and she said the AC wasn't working but they were working on it. We stayed that night but couldn't sleep due to the heat. Tried to open the window but the street noise and singing of a drunk guy on the corner kept us up. We inquired the next morning and they said they were still working on it. We went to our Vatican tour and lunch and came back around 2 and it was still hot. At that point we started looking for a new hotel. We checked out and still paid for that night even though we didn't stay there. We were told that we would be reimbursed for the third night but we weren't. We feel they could have been transparent about the AC before they took payment for all three nights. As we checked out they offered to move us to another room but by that time it was too late. That should have been offered from the start.

Located in great spot in the city nearby Piazza Navona. A little difficult to find the entrance at first. Staff were very helpful including very quick and thorough response to a small issue that arose with the bathroom. Extremely clean and good sized rooms.

산탄젤로 성 바로 옆이며 주요 관광지에서 멀지 않습니다. 주위에 맛있는 곳도 많습니다. 개인적으로 여름 무더운 시간에 잠시 와서 쉬었다가는 것이 좋았습니다. 물론 직원도 친절합니다.

다만 한 가지 아쉬운 것은 근처에 가로등이 켜지지 않아 거리가 조금 어둡다는 점입니다.
