Stay away from this hotel!

Location.
Location is central close to major attractions in Rome but it is very close to Termini station and as a result, there are lots of homeless and sketchy people around. The hotel is on the forth floor and on the ground floor of the building on the way to elevator, there are homeless people sleeping, so early mornings and late evenings you literally have to step over them.

Room.
We stayed in superior double room, it is very small and very old.
Every morning we had issue with hot water, you would need to wait 15 to 20 min before it starts running hot and some mornings we did not have it at all, we spoke to younger gentlemen at the reception, he did not seem to care much, he promised he would take care but he never did. Not a surprise at all....

Breakfast.
They provide a nice continental breakfast, and they have a very nice lady working there who provides amazing service.
That is the only reason i give this hotel a 2 star review, if it was not for her i would rate it as 1!

Price.

Definitely overpriced, there are much nicer hotels in Rome for same price and much better service!

In addition to all that, on our last night at the hotel, They offered us to schedule a taxi service to airport next morning, the price was a little bit higher but we decided to use their service so we do not need to arrange a taxi ourselves, and guess what? the taxi has never arrived..... so we had a very nervous hour since it was January 1st and it was very hard to catch a taxi that morning.

I hope my review will help other people to choose a right hotel in beautiful Rome, so they can fully enjoy their stay!

As for me I would not consider to book this hotel even for 50 euros a night!

Venus pour passer 5 nuits, nous avons décidé de mettre un terme au séjour étant donnés : hôtel au 4eme étage d un immeuble insalubre. moisissures noires dans la douche, serviette joliment pliée sur le lit mais tachée de noir, oreiller supplémentaire tache de noir également. Les prises électriques ? Quand on tire sur une de manière normale, tout le bloc vient avec en se désolidarisant du mur. Les prises USB si pratiques ? Il manque une partie de I USB à l'intérieur. Tout ceci photos à l appui, nous avons manifesté notre mécontentement (381 euros prix de la nuit pour un soit disant 3 étoiles) et avons surtout indiqué que nous ne souhaitions pas dormir une nuit de plus. Le cauchemar a démarré la car étant donné que c était « de notre point de vue », la nuit suivante nous était retenue tout de même, toujours au prix de 381 euros. Après de nombreuses tergiversations, I employé d accueil a décidé de lui même de nous la facturer à moitié prix.
Chose toujours inacceptable puisque ce n'est pas à cause de « notre point de vue » que nous sommes partis, mais à cause de prestations médiocres et indignes pour un tarif de 381 euros la nuit. Bien évidemment nous allons porter réclamation écrite a booking dès notre retour.

Per lavoro a Roma ho scelto il Floris Hotel con piena soddisfazione. Comodo al centro, vicinissimo alla stazione Termini. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nonostante la prima impressione non del tutto all'altezza della qualità dell'hotel, dovuta ai lavori di ristrutturazione dei piani sottostanti, quando si arriva al 4 piano le cose cambiano. Accoglienza molto cordiale da parte del personale. Tranquillità, ambiente dotazioni e pulizia all'altezza di un 3 stelle. Al mattino la colazione è particolarmente abbondante con una vasta gamma di prodotti salati e dolci a buffet. Oltre all'acqua (naturale e gassata), succhi di frutta, the e tisane; c'è la possibilità di gustare caffè e cappuccini preparati sul momento con una favolosa macchina per caffè espresso manuale. Ideale per una permanenza a Roma comoda e conveniente.

Bu otelde kalamadık çünkü, su sorunlarından dolayı bizi başka bir otele yerleştirdiler. Otelin konumu iyi olsa da, aşağısında tamir geden ve girişte evsizlerin uyuduğu bir binanın 4. Katında yerleşiyor. Biz otele gelince resepsiyonda sorunu bize bildirdiler ve kalıp-gitmek için düşünmemizi istediler. Biz başka otele yerleşmeyi seçtik. Resepsiyondan bizim için taksi çağırdılar ve taksi için ödememizi bize geri ödeme yaptılar.

So I was disappointed because the room we got looked like no one checks to see how dirty the walls are, if the clock is even working (which was not) and to make it worse breakfast was an epic fail. Everything was sweet, and they had only hardboiled eggs and were extremely overcooked (around the yolk was black) they had only regular milk or soy milk which I am allergic to both so no milk with my coffee. Worse decision renting the room with breakfast as I did not have actual options for me to eat except black coffee and toast, which is not breakfast at all. Never renting a room here.
