Otel temiz, konumu iyi, kahvaltısı idare eder, personel güler yüzlü ama odada terlik yok banyoda şampuan duş jeli yok havlu yok.

I was impressed by the photos, location, and price and amenities of the hotel, but I couldn't appreciate the following:
The room was situated in, which appears to be a basement. The bed is very low to ground, with two very small twins beds pushed together to make a double bed,but the quality is so low the beds sink in and separate with the weight of a child.
There was also a constant loud noise and the furniture is quite dated.
Service was not great, came to use the restaurant and told it was closed until 5. Not realising it was 10 minutes until 5 pm, I inquired about restaurants in the area and was pointed towards the door.
Overall, there was no way I could sleep in an environment like that, so I checked out due to service, poor room environment, and noise.

Una stella in meno per qualche piccolo disguido migliorabile ma nel complesso un ottimo hotel in un'ottima posizione con una splendida spa. Camere ampie e colazione a buffet ben fornita.

Professionalità ed esperienza maturata negli anni, massima disponibilità a soddisfare le richieste delle utenze. Ottimo posizione x sporstarsi nei luoghi di interesse, sia storico sia lavorativo. Da consigliare.
Funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis.
Quartos amplos e limpos! Porém a cama de casal é constituída por dois colchões de solteiro.
Pequeno almoço mau, com o mínimo dos mínimos.
Insonorização má, muito barulho pelas manhãs.
