清洁、愉快、维护良好的宾馆，有一个大花园和露台。
由宗教人士经营的旅馆，坐落在一条平静的街道上，位于圣玛丽亚大教堂和Colisée之间。这家旅馆是一个很好的地方，因为它有一个很好的声誉，所以它经常是很好的。这座房子非常漂亮，有大花园和阳台，而且环境良好。卧室宽敞明亮，浴室也很宽敞。有两点需要注意：22点30分的晚餐（但这保证了大家在这一时间段的平静）和最基本的小餐点。

Il luogo è molto bello e tranquillo, come ci si aspetta da un convento. La posizione è ottima, ad una ventina di minuti a piedi da Roma Termini.
Per quanto riguarda la stanza, io ho alloggiato in una singola: molto essenziale ma ideale per soggiorni brevi e per il costo; unica pecca, aver trovato dei capelli sulle lenzuola.
La colazione è essenziale ma il cortile in cui si può mangiare è davvero bello e rilassante.
Considerando tutto, lo consiglio se si vuole spendere poco e non si hanno pretese.

If you are looking for an unnasuming base for exploring Rome then this is the place for you! Centrally located with easy access to the coloseum and the station yet set in a quiet tree lined area of town. Being in a convent the rooms are basic and Spartan but have all your amenities. The only downside (for some)is that there is no Aircon. However the rooms have lovely large windows that can be opened to allow fresh air into the rooms. My single room was spacious and airy with a reasonable shower. It was all nice and clean. The breakfast was the simple cold buffet affair with fruit juices, tea, coffee, and tisanes, bread jam, honey etc cereal and yoghurt. This can be enjoyed in the peaceful garden under the arcades or in the refectory.
If you are looking ya party base then this is not for you. However, if you are looking for a peaceful oasis to relax and enjoy Rome then you have the right place.
The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming and although this is a religious establishment there was no "selling of their faith". Just a good wholesome welcome.

Positiv: Top Lage; freundliche Klosterschwestern; schöner Garten
Negativ: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage,sodass die Temperaturen im Juli nachts nicht unter 27°C in diesen Zimmern sinken und Schlaf unmöglich wird!!! Der Ventilator im Zimmer bringt da gar nichts mehr; Frühstück war eine Frechheit; Man kann das Gebäude nur bis 22:30 verlassen und betreten,danach wird der Ausgang zugesperrt, genauso wie der Garten.
