I don't know what to say... The location is great! The view is amazing! There is no better feeling than waking up, get dressed, and have the colosseum as the first thing that you see every morning when you walk out the door. They also helped me with transportation arrangements and were glad to help me with suggestions around Rome. I would definitely be back if I have the chance!

I hate to post anything good because I don’t want to make this place so booked I can’t come back here, However yes this place is awesome. The room was the best, Right next door to the Colosseum and whats even better it was close to everything fun. The shower was beautiful and the room was very clean and very well designed. I wish I could have stayed longer. 3 days of pure happiness!! Thank you Claudia and Roberto for having such a great room to share with us!! Thank you. Ciao- Grazie!

An excellent stay in a lovely property. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful with transfers, suggesting things to do and any communication needed. The location is amazing, just opposite the colosseum but we had no noise issues!

Una delle migliori strutture provate! Roberto è simpaticissimo, cordiale e molto disponibile! Vista Colosseo, a due passi dalla metro.. Camera molto confortevole, materasso comodissimo, bagno spazioso e molto bello! Niente da aggiungere se non che sicuramente lo consiglio!

Stayed here for 2 nights while in Rome and it was a delightful stay. Not only was the location just perfect, but it was extremely clean and we could see the colosseum from our room! The owner also marked out some neighborhoods and attractions worth visiting. I would definitely stay here next time I am in rome!
