El personal de recepción fue muy agradable y eficiente. La habitación era amplia y todo estaba limpio y bien ordenado. Solo me hubiera gustado que hubiera un pequeño frigorífico para tener agua fresca.

We fully enjoyed our stay with an Ibis hotel again. Sufficiently sized room with a very roomy bathroom and shower.

The location was very good. A metro station is within a 2 minute walk. Various busses can be had within a 5 minute walk or less. Various parks are close by. The whole area is filled with shops, cafes and restaurants. Easy connections to Charmartin. Taxis for both Atocha and the airport are very reasonable. You can also achieve either via the metro.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The lobby has a nice siting area around and near the bar area. A very nice selection of wines, beer and spirits.

Would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer mehrspurigen und sehr stark befahrenen Straße, in meinem Zimmer war es rund um die Uhr unerträglich laut. Leider gibt es keine Schallschutzfenster, so dass man den Verkehrslärm ungehindert auch im Zimmer hört. Die Fenster sind so minderwertig, dass es noch nicht mal einen Unterschied macht, ob offen oder geschlossen, der Lärmpegel bleibt unverändert gleich. Wenn zwischendurch mal wenige Sekunden kein Auto fährt, hört man sogar bei geschlossenem Fenster die Leute unten auf dem Platz reden - und das in der 5. Etage. Auch wenn Personal, Einrichtung etc. eigentlich ganz nett waren, ist aufgrund dieses massiven Mangels keine bessere Bewertung möglich.

habitaciones oscuras, cero cómodas y como si fuera poco te moris de frío porque no prenden la calefacción, hoy hace 7 grados en Madrid y la respuesta de la recepcionista fue no la prendemos porque el clima está muy cambiante. No vuelvo nunca más a este lugar.
