Relación calidad-precio correcta, ubicación inmejorable porque está cerca de todo ya sea atracciones como sol, callao, gran via, calle arenal o plaza mayor entre otros. Las habitaciones son sencillas con lo básico para asearte y descansar. El servicio de habitaciones estupendo, la habitación la han dejado siempre de 10. En el pasillo tienes una máquina de vending para sacarte un café. Descanso tranquilo; a pesar de ser un piso acondicionado como hostal, no te enteras de nada salvo cuando llaman al timbre, pero nada extravagante. Tienes libertad para entrar y salir puesto que te dan llaves. En caso de dejar equipaje son 2€ de consigna. En definitiva, si no eres exquisito, el hostal hace su papel y cumple con lo que ofrece. Repetiría sin problemas.

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars, because it was the worst experience of my life. The staff was rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. They literally could not communicate with me or each other. The receptionist was always angry and impatient, and she refused to help me with anything. She even yelled at me when I asked for a simple thing like a map or a taxi. The manager was no better, he ignored my complaints and treated me like I was invisible. The room was dirty, smelly, and falling apart. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were stained, and the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower was broken, and the toilet was clogged. The air conditioner was noisy, the TV was fuzzy, and the Wi-Fi was slow. The breakfast was bland, the coffee was cold, and the service was slow. The location was terrible, the neighborhood was noisy, and the view was ugly. I hated every minute of my stay at Los Arcos, and I will never come back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. It is a nightmare.

Nos cobraron 120 euros una habitación para dos.
Lo único que vale es la ubicación.
Las habitaciones son muy muy pequeñas, el baño tiene puerta corrediza que es como si no hubiera (se escucha absolutamente todo). La puerta de la habitación tenía la madera rota, se escucha todo lo que pasa en el pasillo, hasta las alarmas de celular de las habitaciones de al lado.
La recepcionista tuvo malos modales a la hora de atender. Cobran la consigna de equipaje, 2 euros la valija 1 euro una mochila.

Pongo una puntuación media a la habitación porque imagino que será así, pues no llegué a alojarme. La razón? La propietaria, tanto reservando por Booking como por la web de su establecimiento, se obstinó en que mi tarjeta para pagar no era válida. Se le demostró que no era así, pero erre que erre. Por tanto mi experiencia es negativa e incluso esa reticencia inflexible hace sospechar a Booking
