Great location makes up for mediocre rooms. Helpful staff, but not a lot of English.

Un poco viejo. Silencioso depende de la habitación y los colchones muy bien. Ubicación muy buena, cerca de plaza mayor y mercado san Miguel.

Very friendly, lovely place. Although we didn't speak Spanish, it wasn't a problem. It operates with an interesting system: you leave your room key at the 24-hour reception so you won't lose it while sightseeing. Equipped with renovated windows, so street noise doesn't come in, but you can hear your neighbors. This didn't really detract from our experience because we mostly went to the room to sleep and overall found the place very pleasant!
The most important positive aspect is its location, with most attractions, bars, restaurants and even the metro station within easy walking distance. I highly recommend it to everyone!

La Macarena ha una posizione privilegiata in pieno centro di Madrid. A poca distanza dalla stazione Metro di Opera e molto comoda per visitare tutto quello che di interessante la città offre e non è poco. Personale molto gentile, camere pulite con arredamento classico.
