Espectacular, cómo en general todos los hoteles de esta cadena. Si algo destaca además de ser un gran hotel es su desayuno, de los más completos que he visto en cuanto a variedad y cantidad, una gozada con buenas vistas desde la primera planta para empezar el día con energía.

Nos alojamos en la segunda planta y todo correcto hasta que nos dimos cuenta que justo debajo hay una discoteca,imposible dormir hasta que ésta cerró a las 5 de la mañana.A las 3 llamamos a recepción y la solución fue el ofrecimiento de unos tapones en tono burlón.

Location is excellent, Rooms are ok, but the service and staff is not helpful. The hotel won’t turn on the air conditioning even though the temperature in madrid is already warm. We asked several times to different people to turn on the air conditioning, but it was turned off in the entire hotel. The final answer was that we could checkout and find another hotel with air conditioning because they weren’t turning it on. Luckily we only had 1 more night booked and left

Stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago. I left a small pouch with jewelry and a watch, worth around 1,200€ in the room I stayed. I called the hotel to ask if they had found it, to which they only replied with “no, sorry” and hung up the phone. They didn’t even bother to ask for my phone number and call me back if they find it. Very disappointed with the service!

It’s a good hotel. Located right on the Main Street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Metro station, bus station all are nearby. Rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Service is good. There are self laundry places within walking distance which are pretty affordable. Overall a good experience.
