Then the day we had to leave there was a procession because of Holy Week, and all the road were closed and the UBER couldn't get to us. They help us so much and they were there at every moment helping us making sure we wouldn't miss our flight.
I have traveled all over Europe and have stayed in many hotels, but I must say that all of the receptionists were amazing, sweet, helpful, kind and they went out of their way to help. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for making our stay so at ease and peaceful.
