My recent stay at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid was exceptional. Nestled in a dream location, this stunning property exceeded all expectations from the moment I arrived.
Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by friendly colleagues whose hospitality set the tone for the entire visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my surroundings.
The rooms at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid were truly exceptional, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The attention to detail in the design and amenities provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of travel.
What truly stood out was the prompt and efficient service provided by the staff. When I requested a couple of items to be brought to my room, they were delivered with speed and professionalism, further enhancing my experience.
Overall, the Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid surpassed all expectations, delivering a flawless stay characterized by impeccable service, dreamy surroundings, and exceptional accommodations. I cannot wait to return and indulge in another unforgettable experience at this remarkable property.

Desayuno de negocios siempre impecable, solo dos palabras delicioso y elegante.
Desde la reserva de habitación, pasando por el Sunday brunch, el Spa, los Desayunos, todo ha sido mágico.
El perfecto estado físico de sus alfombras y paredes es fácilmente apreciable.
La mesa de amenidades de bienvenida debería ser un “must” para todo huésped, se sube el precio pero se magnifica la experiencia!
Realmente MO Ritz Madrid tiene ubicación, infraestructura, coherencia de servicio y acceso físico sencillo al Parque El Retiro.
Gracias por todas las manifestaciones de aprecio recibidas por parte del equipo de Guest Services…lograron a través del sorpresivo detalle de mis flores hacer de esta estadía algo inolvidable.
