Great location. However it's doesn't fit in the category of 5 star.It's a 4 star standard hotel I booked for one night by the time at check-in I was informed pool not working. I mean its 5 star.. ..breakfast was average not much variety. Staff at hotel reception was very nice.

A little dated but not that bad. However, the location, the service they provide, the delicious food and how safe you feel when you're there is incredible. Everything was close by, from laundry to a convenient store to local nightlife. I will definitely return.

Excelentes instalaciones, la habitación de lujo, el servicio inmejorable, super bien situado. Posiblemente el mejor hotel de Madrid. Volvemos seguro.
Une adresse centrale à recommander, à deux pas de "Puerta del sol". Hôtel luxueux, à l'architecture déroutante. Mention spéciale pour le "mojito passion" à savourer depuis la terrasse sur le toit, au bord de la piscine... A noter que le bar est aussi accessible à ceux qui ne sont pas clients de l'hôtel.
