El hotel es lindo, con instalaciones nuevas, las camas cómodas, nos tocó una habitación con vista a la calle y es muy agradable, tienen detalles como proporcionar artículos de limpieza y aseo personal (cepillo de dientes, pasta dental, rastrillo) además tiene secadora y plancha para el cabello que se agradece mucho, el personal de hotel es amable y dispuesto a ayudarte. El desayuno excelente. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

When you book a stay at this hotel, make sure to tell them to put you into the renovated rooms in the main front section of the building. I didn't know this and they initially put me into a room in the back section. It would have been ok if not for the noise. There was construction noise right next to the room and it was non-stop. I decided to wait it out a little and see if it would stop but it did not. Upon talking to the front desk, they immediately apologized and moved me to a different room into the front section. This room was much more welcoming and there was no construction noise.

Rooms:
The rooms had everything you need and were clean. There were free water bottles provided. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure as well as hot water worked well. The heater worked very well and it was very warm in the room. I could adjust it to my liking. However, the walls and doors are very thin so you can very clearly hear footsteps and doors shutting outside.

Location:
The location is amazing. You can take the metro from the airport and end up right outside the hotel. The street always has people on it and feels very safe. You are basically in the middle of the city with Retiro Park on one side and the Royal Palace on the other. Very easy to walk everywhere.
