This is the best hotel I have stayed at in a while!! The staff were all insanely friendly, and offered help in both Spanish and English! The view from my room was of the Plaza de Santa Ana, and I felt like part of the city!! The breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfy, and the SHOWER I will be thinking about for a long time. Marina at the front desk even recommended me a book! 10/10 stay :)

Maravilloso hotel que te hacen sentir mejor que en tu casa, y eso es lo mejor que se puede decir de un hotel. Las atenciones fueron espectaculares. Nos mejoraron la habitación y nos dieron una con vistas centrales a la Plaza de Santa Ana. Nos obsequiaron con una botella de vino y un plato de quesos exquisito. La relaciones públicas del hotel es una gran profesional. El desayuno es muy bueno, solo le faltan unos churros, algo típico de Madrid. El rooftop Radio es precioso y sirven combinados de nivel. Me parece un gran hotel en donde hacen sentir al cliente algo único. Para repetir siempre que se visite Madrid.
L'emplacement est pratique car c'est en plein centre historique de Madrid.
