Las habitaciones muy completas, el personal muy agradable y atento, la ubicación perfecta, porque esta cerca de todo, la única pega es, bueno como en todo Madrid Centro, que no tenga un parking asociado o algo parecido, de todas formas si podemos algún día, volveremos, totalmente recomendable

La primera noche dormimos muy mal porque estuvimos en una habitación (muy bonita) al lado de la discoteca de 5 pisos del edificio de al lado. Pero, nos acomodaron en otra habitación y nos invitaron al desayuno como recompensa! El desayuno fue muy bueno, con opciones veganas y sin gluten pero se deberían separar de los otros alimentos en la mesa ya que observé mucha contaminación cruzada (de alimentos que tenían huevos, leche, gluten, etc) al estar todas muy cerca.

The hotel is a 5/5 in terms of location. Also if you are a couple or a 3 member family, this hotel is also great. I rated this with 4 stars because we are a 4 members family ages 10 and 11. The bed was small for the two kids. It was a couch converted into a bed. Besides this I found the cost for the breakfast high. We had to pay 80 euros for the full family, so though the options were nice, we could not enjoy. I think there must be something like family breakfast with 50€. Finally the options in the restaurant were also nice but very expensive. I thought that there were further options like a burger or club sandwich but I could not find and room service was not available.
To sum up the hotel is great and highly recommended, but if you are a 4 members family with kids over 10 consider booking two rooms. Besides this if you want something light to eat consider the options around the hotel. Most of them are very good.

El hotel esta bien en general, destacaria sobre todo la decoración y el desayuno, muy bueno. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero al estilo de cualquier hotel moderno de las grandes cadenas. El comentario negativo lo pongo respecto a algún empleado ya que el dia que llegamos preguntamos a la persona de la puerta por el parking y solo nos indico el parking publico situado frente al hotel, pero no el parking del propio hotel, que era más barato. En fin, no es algo grave pero denota cierta descordinación.
