Ho soggiornato 5 notti con la famiglia. Camera comoda pulita, ottima colazione, personale cortese. Ottima posizione, vicino a tutti i musei importanti! Consigliatissimo per le famiglie ????

Escogí el hotel por su cercanía ya que, tras 24 h en un avión, buscaba algo cercano y confortable para descansar y proseguir viaje en tren. Mi sorpresa fue despertarme y encontrarme sin agua para asearme. Tras realizar cinco llamadas a recepción y otras tres desde mi móvil, me encontré en recepción en pijama para conseguir que me atendieran. Me informaron de que era una avería ajena al hotel, y para solucionarlo me dieron dos botellas de agua (fría) que me tuve que subir yo misma. Tras un rato, volvió el agua pero nadie me avisó porque ni apuntaron mi número de habitación. A la hora de hacer el check out, tampoco mejoró el trato ni se dio ninguna explicación. Para mí, la forma de proceder pese a que fuese una avería ajena a ellos, no es propia de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Por lo demás, desayuno de precio desorbitado y la música en las plantas de las habitaciones a tope (sorprendente para un lugar de descanso). Lo salva su localización y el trato inmejorable de las camareras de habitación, las únicas que se esforzaron en buscar alternativas al problema. Desde luego deben mejorar bastante la atención de recepción.

We stayed at the Radisson Red in Madrid on March 27th. The location is excellent, but the service was very poor. This morning, we woke up and had no water in the bathroom. The hotel did not contact its guests about the situation; I had to call the front desk to learn that there was a water issue near the hotel. My husband went to the front desk to ask for bottled water so we could brush our teeth and wash our faces, but he was told that there was no bottled water available. So we left the hotel for an international flight without even being able to brush our teeth. I went to the front desk before our departure to ask if the hotel could support us in any way, and was told no. I also emailed the manager, but received no response. If you are looking for a hotel in Madrid, look elsewhere, and hopefully, you will find a hotel with better customer service.
