Great location and modern hotel. The atmosphere is amazing.

La ubicación es perfecta, tenéis el metro Estación del Arte muy cerca. La habitación nos pareció un poco mal cuidada, el suelo de la ducha estaba un poco marrón, le hace falta lejía. El teléfono no funcionaba, la nevera no se podía abrir (fuimos a recepción a preguntarle a uno de los recepcionistas que enviasen a alguien a arreglarlo pero se olvidaron y tuvimos que ir de nuevo a la mañana siguiente), la conexión de móvil a televisión no funcionaba tampoco, al preguntar nos dijeron que esto era "normal" y que "a todo el mundo le pasaba lo mismo". En general el servicio nos pareció muy poco profesional para el nivel y precio del hotel. Esperaba mucho más.

I regret to say that our experience at the hotel was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that the rooftop, a key factor in our decision to book this hotel, was only accessible for private events. This was a very bad surprise as there was no indication on the website or booking page regarding its privatization.
We were offered two drinks as compensation, which hardly helped, especially given that our disappointment continued upon entering our room to discover a view of a nearby construction site, with minimal daylight in the room.
When we returned to the reception to negotiate a more suitable compensation, our encounter with the Services Manager on the evening of Friday, March 29th, 2023, was disheartening. Despite acknowledging the lack of clarity on the website, he offered no compensation and even went so far as to suggest that we could privatise the rooftop but it could be difficult for the two of us (!)
We witnessed other guests complaining and raising voice at the reception while talking to the same manager.
Overall, our experience was marred by unpleasant staff and the disappointment due to the lack of rooftop access. Do not recommend…

El problema vino en cuanto a que nos dieron una habitación donde, literalmente, se escuchaba todo el ruído de la cola de una discoteca. Toda la noche casi sin poder dormir. Es inadmisible que un hotel que se encuentra junto a este tipo de establecimientos no apueste por unas ventanas que aislen el ruido.
