Best rooftop in Madrid, not only for the view and atmosphere but also for the great staff. I take all the visitors I host there so they can see it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at CR7 Pestana in Gran Via, Madrid, and it has quickly become my go-to choice whenever I visit the vibrant city. In fact, I've been fortunate enough to stay here twice in just the past two months, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional.
The Front Office team are awesome, very efficient and helpful. The food and beverage staff provided an outstanding service. Whether it was enjoying a meal at the hotel restaurant or grabbing a drink at the roof bar, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.
The breakfast offered at the hotel is simply fantastic, offering a delightful selection of both English and continental options to suit every palate.
Moreover, the rooms and the general areas of the hotel were spotless. Houskeeping always did a fabtastic job with our rooms.
Kudos to all the staff at CR7 Pestana, I will surely be back. On that note, I totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable and stay right in Gran Via.

Cenamos en el hotel y espectacular tambien muy buena comida, y el desayuno pequeño pero cumplia con todo lo que nos gustaba.
