***Read the hotel’s website FAQ section carefully *** We picked this hotel because our vacation ended up one day longer than our original hotel reservation. This one was nearby. Overall, very basic to almost nothing available in the room beyond the bunk bed(s). No coffee/water or even cups. No toiletries in the shower. You must buy or rent towels from the front desk and carry it up yourself. There is no desk/table in the room, or TV. The room is small but that was clearly in the description so make sure you read and understand it. A family of 4 with a few luggages will quickly crowd out the tiny room making walking inside challenging. The beds are clean with comfortable mattresses but the sheets are very hard, paper like. Also to note even though the hotel has a front desk, they do not store your luggages even if you have a same day reservation. You need to use the paid storage lockers downstairs, which will increase your cost of staying. Overall, it’s an acceptable place to stay for a night or two, but definitely not comfortable for longer stay with a family.

Soy Colombiana y es la tercera vez que me quedo en este hostel junto con amigos. Su ubicación es excelente, (a media cuadra de Gran vía y la estación de Metro Callao). Las camas de las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias al igual que los baños. Esta vez pagamos por el desayuno buffet, el cuál fué muy bueno, con huevos revueltos entre otras cosas. AMALIA, una chica Rumana es súper atenta y siempre estaba dispuesta a colaborarnos en todo los que necesitábamos en el restaurante. Muy recomendado!
