Honestly, for a first timer in Madrid this hotel is amazing. First it has the best location you can ask for. Second, the rooms are amazing and very clean. Third, you have a very nice rooftop that has an amazing view and has a small pool. And finally, the best staff i’ve ever met, very welcoming, always smiling and very helpful. And a special thanks to Elena, who was is an amazing person and staff member at this hotel. Thank you.

L’esperienza al Dear Hotel è stata molto positiva. La posizione è centralissima, sulla Gran Via e su Plaza de Espana, nonché proprio sopra alla fermata della metro che rendeva ogni punto della città comodamente raggiungibile. Le camere hanno un arredamento molto piacevole e la pulizia è buona. Molto carino il terrazzo con bar sopra per bere qualcosa con una bella vista! Nota speciale per il personale sempre cortese, sorridente e disponibile, e grazie in particolare ad Elena che ha un ottimo italiano ed è stata gentilissima dal primo giorno!!

We were with Esther‘s service satisfied. Hotel super nice, great location and brilliant rooftop with view of the city and pool. Only minor issue long waiting time for elevator. All in all best hotel in Madrid. :)

Mooi hotel op een perfecte locatie en hele goede service. Elena heeft ons goed geholpen bij de receptie toen we nog een nachtje langer mochten blijven ivm een geannuleerde vlucht. We moesten wel veranderen van kamer maar dat werd allemaal geregeld, ideaal.
Beide kamers waren erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks de drukte van de stad voor de deur, hoorde je nagenoeg niets als de ramen dicht waren. De metro vanaf het vliegveld naar het hotel is heel goed te doen en stopt voor de deur.
Rooftop bar met “zwembad” is ook heel leuk en biedt een prachtig uitzicht over de stad.
Echt een aanrader dit hotel!

I really enjoyed my dtay in Dear Hotel. The location is great and easy to go everywhere. It is write next to the main plazas and the metro is right next to the hotel. You can walk to the main parts of the city. My room was so clean, modern and cozy. I was one of the luck people who enjoyed terrace in her room with the view of Gran Vía and Plaza de España. Staff was so helpful and welcoming. I want to thank Ester who helped me with the service. I would like to stay in Dear Hotel if I visit Madrid again.

Excelente servicio, personal muy amable y atento. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. La ubicación es súper céntrica, accessible a todo. Celia nos atendió excelente y aseguró que tuviéramos transporte de regreso al aeropuerto. Definitivamente volveremos!

Amazing hotel in the heart of Madrid!
We were very happy to spend time there on our trip. Very close to the palace and many more attractions!

The rooftop bar was amazing and the bartender was making great cocktails.
Special thanks to Aga from breakfast service for the good portion of small talk!
But ofc, the whole team was perfect actually and they made the whole experience much better :)

Céntrico, con buenísimas vistas de Gran Vía y Plaza de España. Desayuno muy completo. Camas amplias y cómodas y carta de almohadas. Habitaciones bien insonorizadas. El baño algo oscuro para mi gusto, un poco más de iluminación le vendría fantásticamente.

Had a fabulous stay at the Dear Hotel, Madrid. Great location for exploring the Palace and Gran Via. The rooftop bar has fantastic views and staff, especially Bea were super helpful.

Un amigo celebro su boda este viernes en el hotel y debo decir que el servicio es excelente, trato exquisito y el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Todo salió muy bien. La vistas que tiene de Madrid son muy bonitas. Quizás lo único que eche en falta fue algo de musica en la terraza aunque fuera chill o estuviera bajita para que creará ambiente. Por el resto muy muy bien. Quiero hacer especial mención a la chica de la barra creo que se llamaba Pamela que se portó excelente , un servicio top. ????????

Great hotel! The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. The roof has amazing views, and breakfast is so good. It’s right next to a metro so easy to get anywhere in the city.

Cozy and beautiful hotel that has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Views from the bar and breakfast were outstanding. Rooms were comfortable and have everything you need. But the most outstanding feature was the hotel staff particularly Paula and Jorge who were super simpáticos and attentive were an extra mile in our wonderful weekend in Madrid. Location was also just perfect too.

Fuimos a tomar algo a la terraza y después de esperar 45 minutos, cuando subimos no teníamos espacio para sentarnos. Es muy estrecha y además no tenían varias bebidas que queríamos de la carta. Muy caro para lo que es, lo único que tiene vistas bonitas!!
