Una tomadura de pelo para turistas. Precio calidad totalmente desfasado, pedimos una bravas que en cualquier bar de barrio son mejores y un cochifrito que estaba bien pero para el precio no. Estábamos en la terraza , con temperatura de 26 grados en Madrid, en la terraza hacía un calor debajo del toldo, que estábamos cerca de los 35 grados. Le pedí si podía encender el aire acondicionado y la primera vez me dicen que el jefe opina que aún no hace suficiente calor y la segunda vez que estaban ahí pues antes estaba cerrado, pero que ahora no se usaban. En fin. Una tomadura de pelo, 3 cañas, 4 vinos, 3 tacos, las bravas y el cochifrito más de 120 euros. Para estar asado, la calidad justicia y la tomadura de pelo del aire acondicionado, no puedas más que no recomendarlo, salvo para subir a verlo y máximo una caña. Esa es mi opinión

What a lovely historic property, situated perfectly in Madrid to see all you want to see! The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. My room included breakfast which I enjoyed each day out on the terrace. Highly recommend & would stay here again.

What a lovely hotel! The location is perfect to walk everywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved breakfast and just hanging out in the top floor laundry which offers great views. It was rainy when we visited so we will have to come back to enjoy the outdoor patio which looks spectacular!

Superbly staffed in this centrally located hotel we had a wonderful stay. Jose Carlos went out of his way to help when we struggled with a lost credit card. Will most definitely return next time we visit!

Un sitio encantador con una ubicación céntrica. Las habitaciones increíbles, te sientes muy cómodo, y el personal es amable y atento.

Privileged location just off Gran Via and in the heart of Madrid, walking distance to the main visited places like Prado Museum, Royal Palace, plaza mayor, among others.

The service was amazing. All of the staff are very attentive and promptly assured in everything needed to have the best luxury hotel experience.

The service at this hotel is top notch. The rooms and location can not be beat, but we (literally) did not stay at a hotel during our two week stay with more attentive, helpful or flexible staff that were beautifully on-point with everything they did!
