Pokój z tak małą ilością światła że nie można się obudzić, niedziałająca obsługa klimatyzacji, przez co wracam z urlopu chora, łazienka ok, nam trafiła się dość czysta, nowoczesna, choć nic nie można sobie przeprać w umywalce bo przez swoją "nowoczesność" i Look jest totalnie pozbawiona funkcjonalności. Brak dostępu do kanałów międzynarodowych w telewizji, a jeśli już jest TV to mógłby mieć BBC czy cokolwiek. Zapachy z restauracji na 3 piętrze nie aż tak uciążliwe, dźwięki z ulicy również nie przeszkadzały na 3 piętrze, za to brak windy już tak. (tłumaczą, że "chwilowo" nie działa). Lokalizacja wybitna- blisko do pięknych uliczek, portu z promami do Silemy, Malta Experience. Pokoje codziennie sprzatane, a raczej wymieniane ręczniki i układana pościel. Jedyne zdjęcie jakie mam to zakurzona wentylacja, która świadczy o poziomie czystości. Obsługa uśmiechnięta i pomocna.

Finding the hotel was difficult as there is restaurant seating in front of the hotel. Once we found the hotel, the reception staff was not there. We waited 15-20 min to check in and the elevators were not working which they said they would compensate for via taxi drive upon arrive which no one was there.

Taking 2 large luggage suitcases up the spiral stairs was difficult and the tiles in the rooms were coming off and the room was not cleaned.

I Loved: The location. Right in the middle of Valletta. The size of the room. Very comfortable, huge, bed. General amenities - fridge, coffeemaker, bathrobes, etc. The price - very reasonable!

Didn't love: No windows. Either open the French doors and risk safety or privacy, or stay in the dark. Shower could be cleaner. The sink was weird and splashy.

Didn't mind: Noise from restaurant - you are staying in an authentic townhouse, in one of the busiest streets in Valletta - some noise is to be expected.

Great location, decent rooms, value for money I was expecting more negatives from the previous comments but
1) the sound is not bad enough to interrupt your sleep
2) neither the smells from the kitchen was annoying (we were at 2nd floor do not know at the first)
To sum up i strongly recommend its for young couples or groups of friends

Cleanliness can be improved more
