The staff are very nice, warm and welcoming. Very amazing staff. My room was upgraded as the aesthetics of the room didn't match the online pictures. The food and drinks are OK. Nothing special. The directors can do better with maintenance.1 Pool, mini golf, archery not functioning. Some of the hang out spots and cold drinks bar looks like they have been shut for ages. The location is great though. Enjoyed my stay overall.

Hotel odwiedziłem w trakcie szkolenia w połowie marca. Obiekt bardzo przyjemny aczkolwiek wymagający odświeżenia. Niestety przygotowania do sezonu dały się zauważyć w postaci chaotycznych prac remontowych prowadzonych na NIEWYŁĄCZONYCH z eksploatacji korytarzach bezpośrednio przylegających do wynajętych pokoi. Sam obiekt jest dość duży, na terenie hotelu znajduje się boisko do piłki nożnej i drugie do siatkówki oraz basen, którego powierzchnia w szczycie sezonu może okazać się niewystarczająca, ale jest to równoważone przez znajdującą się 50m od hotelu zatokę z rozległą plażą. Pokoje z klimatyzacją, duże i przestronne, wyposażone w podstawowe urządzenia typu czajnik, suszarka do włosów i TV. Obsługa hotelowa przyjazna i pomocna, barmani ok, serwis sprzątający bez zarzutu. Wyżywienie smaczne i urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W godzinach wieczornych dostępne również restauracje tematyczne po wcześniejszej rezerwacji stolika. W odległości 1,5km na piechotę od hotelu znajduje się wioska Popeye. 2,5km spacer zaprowadzi nas do widocznej z hotelu czerwonej Wieży św. Agaty - pozostałości z czasów świetności zakonu. Tuż przy obiekcie znajduje się przystanek lokalnej komunikacji autobusowej oraz autobusów typu "Hop-On Hop-Off". Niestety położenie hotelu bezpośrednio przy głównej drodze Malty prowadzącej do portu z promami na Gozo ma też swój minus, który w nieprzyjemny sposób może objawić się już po zakwaterowaniu i wpłynąć na jakość zwłaszcza dłuższego urlopu. Koleżanki i koledzy, którzy trafili do pokojów od strony ulicy skarżyli się na znaczny hałas i to pomimo zamkniętych okien. W szczycie sezonu może to być bardzo uciążliwe.

Once they take your money they don’t care about anything. I had an issue with the flight and I tried to change the holiday dates on the arrival day. No help at all! Lost all the money. Don’t book with them, if you have any issues they don’t care and you lose the money! I called them many times and I was redirected to the reservation team which didn’t picked up or when they picked up just let me waiting with no answer! Worst customer service

From start to finish the hotel was amazing lots to eat lots to do lots off games for the kids the indoor pool us grate if it gets chilly outside. The outdoor pool is amazing only 1.2m deep grate for the kids and very big.

The rooms are amazing spacious and clean bathrooms are also clean and tidy as well bar staff and the animation team are also amazing

The big dome in the hotel ground has a massive stage and has a show on with live singers and dancers

The whole hotel deserves a lot more than it's at 5 stars or more..

The free WiFi is also super fast and reliable

W marcu trafiliśmy na przygotowywanie hotelu do sezonu. Prowadzono dość uciążliwe remonty . Np w drzwiach wymieniano ościeżnice. Tym samym nasze drzwi miały przez cały pobyt dziury z prześwitem na korytarz. Można było wyłączyć piętro na czas dość poważnego remontu. Poza tym jedzenie super. Sporo atrakcji. Dla dzieci również. Prawie spod hotelu odjeżdżały autobusy w różne kierunki. Dobre rozwiązanie dla zwiedzających samodzielnie. Polecam

Tolles Hotel, wenn man keine Sonderwünsche hat. Restaurants und Anlage super und sauber. Aber am Sonntag (Apotheken sind zu) eine Kopfschmerztablette zu bekommen ist nicht möglich. Größtes Manko: das Zimmer der Kinder war 300 (!) Zimmer von den Eltern entfernt! Keine Chance das zu wechseln, trotz mehrfacher Bitte und nur einem mäßig befülltem Hotel. Hatten wir noch nie erlebt.

While the property is good, the room is hot with no A/C and we are struggling eve when it 18c outside. Food options are not so good. Now pricey and lot of things to be entertained.

Big resort. Will get busy with families when fully booked. Coral restaurant very busy and queues for beverages at breakfast and dinner. Coffee from the machines not too good. Food okay, but due to bulk cooking, some things could be better (bacon). Rooms are clean, but sea view rooms are adjacent to the main road and can be noisy. Paperless, so apert from reception staff, any info on local places to go, booking resort restaurants, need to be done digitally. No physical info boards.

Literally the best hotel ever.The food has been phenomenal i have an eating disorder ans usuallyhate the food abroad but this was put of this world .The staff have been amazing.The animation team are just brilliant and I'm so glad I booked this place.Thank you to the staff , especially Adrian and Marion spiteri thanks I love it

Cet hôtel est parfait aussi bien pour les couples, les groupes ou les familles.
Chambres amples et très bien entretenues et aménagées.
Service au top et personnel à l'écoute et gracieux.
Près de la mer et des facilités pour parcourir Malte d'est en ouest et du nord au sud.

Le personnel est irréprochable ! MERCI à Indra de la salle de restaurant, Johnathan, Ram, et Sammit, et d 'autres, le travail est parfait et tout est propre et nous avons passé un excellent séjour du 18 au 24 mars 2024. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Hotel wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia. Plus za duży pokój (rodzinny), do wymiany wanna - wyglądała jak brudna. Posiłki urozmaicone - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Pyszne ciasta. Duży plus dla animatora z Polski - Adriana. Dzieciaki były zachwycone jego prowadzeniem animacji. Duże rozczarowanie w dniu wyjazdu. Hotel nie pakuje posiłków w razie wczesnego wyjazdu, trzeba poinformować recepcję - specjalnie otwierają restaurację na śniadanie. Restauracja była otwarta, ale kompletnie nic do jedzenia - ogromny minus. Zwłaszcza, że wszyscy wstają wcześniej żeby zjeść przed podróżą.

Our second stay, we were there at the same time last year. The roadworks outside have progressed, but still no proper bus year towards Valletta.
There is no real change to the hotel except the private area for the all-inclusive + ( our opinion it is not worth it). We would advise taking a plug for the bathroom sink as the built in one fitted is poor and doesn't keep the water in ( even after maintenance had adjusted it) so it is a waste of water and whatever heats the water. Unlike last year ( all inclusive), this year we went half board as we sometimes missed the lunch as we were out and about, and the local brand alcohol was not that good. The food was more or less the same this year quality wise. Would we return again, probably not, but we would maybe go to another area of Malta.

Bardzo fajnie położony resort na Malcie przy samym morzu. Super oferta all-inclusive, fajna obsługa. Bardzo polecam pobyt tutaj.

Hotel na najwyższym poziomie pod każdym względem. Mnóstwo pozytywnych zaskoczeń.

Hotel is lovely and rooms very spacious. Plenty of outdoor space and plenty to do for children. Variety of foods however was not impressed with the cooked food resulting in mainly eating cold foods. There are additional restaurants to eat in however some result in additional cost. We did upgrade to all inclusive but it was not worth it to us in the long run. The hotel is just opposite the beach but has a duel carriage way infront. There is a crossing but this is a little further up. In the busier season you would have to watch for children dashing across. We booked a room with a larger terrace and sunbeds but only got sun for probably a couple of hours a day due to its position so not worth the extra cost. There is very little to do outside the hotel. There are no pavement bars to grab a coffee and watch the world go by although there is an excellent bus service opposite the hotel which will take you where you wish to go. Buy a weekly ticket, a single ticket gives you a 2 hour return time only necessitating a further return ticket with additional costs. There is a shop on site which was quite useful. Didn't go to the gym, spa, beauty rooms or the pool area so can't comment on them. There is a bowling alley with 4 lanes and the staff in the sports bar there were very helpful as were all the staff throughout the hotel. Housekeeping was excellent.

Wir sind in der Vorsaison und das Hotel wird noch etwas renoviert. Das stört aber kaum, alle Services sind verfügbar. Das Essen ist sehr gut, morgens und abends Buffet, all you can eat, mit riesiger Auswahl und sehr lecker.
Wir haben ein Familienzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer sind durch eine Schiebetür komplett abtrennbar. Sehr gut für Eltern mit Kindern jeden Alters. Strand vor dem Hotel, im März natürlich noch kalt. Großer Außenpool unbeheizt, kleiner beheizter Innenpool. In Melliha selbst ist nicht viel zu sehen oder was los. Es fährt direkt vor dem Hotel öffentlicher Busverkehr nach überall. Der Preis im März ist für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Gerne 5 Sterne.

Tolles Hotel, super feines Essen und zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Lage, Bus stop vor dem Hotel. Direkt am Strand, nur über die Strasse...
Grosser Pool mit vielen Liegen.
Jeden Morgen wurde die Anlage aufwendig gereinigt.
Viele tolle Sachen für Kinder, sogar ein indoor Spielplatz.
Wir kommen bald wieder.
