As a Dane, I have visited this now mostly, 99% Danish owned and - built Park 9. times, and it is on a rising area with summerhouse-like, normally double coupled houses, a yard for each house and with an open terrasse on top, with chairs, resting beds and tables, and a narrow staircase going up from the yard.
The houses are much inspired by Classic Maltese Buildings from chalkstone, which makes them cool and comfortable. It is situated on a large area with plants and two colonies for cats (hopefully catching mice and rats on the area. They have their own houses with pillows!) + a basin with turtles.
To the one side a local Maltese farmer also has a minor shop in his field (With a - "Danish flag" on top, not the Maltese "Crusaders flag"!) with vegetables, vines (without a label), and - fresh eggs from hens behind the shop!
You need to pass a stone-fence along cacti to go there!
If the farmer isn't present, it is possible to put the money in a box, with change!!
It's built like in a Park with pawed passes. Also with swimming pools and sport facilities, restaurants, a free Fitness Center and a nice shop for daily needed items, also open as a normal shop from the outside. The shop delivers goods to the houses, if asked for it!
