A very spacious luxurious hotel.
We visited as a group and from observation , the operational management is worth recommending for attention to detail.
Hotel is very clean with rooms cleaned each day.
The staff so welcoming providing customer service to standard.
During our week stay, staff went over and above to ensure we had a good memorable time.
We had 2 ladies celebrating their birthdays, a surprise to go to their rooms with birthday arrangements on their beds.
Respectful staff.Food was great ..A big thank you to the gentleman who cleaned our rooms,Min Bahadur as well as Basil including 0 staff in the Restaurant A big shout out to Valentina ..Always had a smile.

A kind suggestion to look into providing water each day for guests apart from the complimentary Welcome one on the arrival ..
We needed help to go to Valletta .A staff lady at Reception took the trouble to provide a free Map with directions and timings.She assisted to book cabs and went above and beyond to ensure we boarded the Vans.infront of the hotel.
A must visit to Itlalian Restaurant Ricardo and Cheeky Monkey opposite the hotel..Amazing creative meals.
An amazing hotel with different deco and beautiful view from the Roof top that is breath taking .An unforgettable memory to cherish.

This hotel is nice clean, food is great. The staff are amazing so very helpful, friendly and polite nothing too difficult for them to do. So willing especially our attendant Syed Ali, floor Incharge Monir and Kristan plus many of the others in resturant and house keeping. Thank you for your service.

Great stay at the hotel, excellent room cleanliness thanks to Anil, who did a great job making sure that my room was neat, clean, and stocked.
I would recommend this as an ideal hotel for anyone visiting Malta.
