João from guest services and James the head concierge are an absolute credit to the hotel. They together made our stay incredibly special and above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Could recommend them and the hotel highly enough!

Intercontinental Malta. Would love to stay here again. The staff is without exception excellent. Friendly, open en kind.
Check in was a first pleasant interaction with some good advice. Concierge recommendations were splendid and helpful. The hotel is in a lively area where people go out at night but in our room it was very silent. The hotel has several restaurants. Quality of the food was very good. Liked their fish restaurant most which overlooks the sea and is next to their private beach. The hotel has a small and cosy bar near the reception. Breakfast was elaborate with also several ‘need to try when in Malta’ local specialities

We loved the spacious suite with treadmill and the "guest experience' team were lovely, especially Katerina
the atmosphere was fun and lighthearted
