El hotel es hermoso y está bien ubicado. Fui por trabajo y tuve una estancia agradable, dejo 3 estrellas porque olvidé mi cargador enchufado al realizar el check out y cuando volví a preguntar por el me dijeron que no había dejado nada.
100% seguro que estaba en la habitación ya que dejé las maletas hasta la tarde el recepción y cuando busque mi cargador no estaba.

So happy I stayed here.
All the staff were very friendly and informative.
Breakfast was amazing, some amazing omelette chefs.
Spa and gym were incredible. We did a couple of classes which were great.
The blue elephant restaurant is highly recommended by me.
Rooms were very clean and modern.
All English plugs so no need for adapters.
Would only stay here if I came back.

סה"כ היה ממש נפלא. התבאסנו לגלות שמועדון הילדים נסגר שבוע לפני שהגענו.. והמים בבריכות גם בפנימית היו ממש קרים..
אבל השירותיות של כל אנשי הצוות היה יוצא מן הכלל. החדרים גדולים ומרווחים, מה שכן מעקה הברזל שם מאוד מלחיץ ומרגיש לא ממש בטיחותי עם ילדים קטנים.
המיקום ממש נוח, במיוחד לצעירים.
ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת וכל מה שאתה מבקש מביאים לך, מה שכן חסר ירקות, היה רק מלפפון חסה ועגבניה. לא היו סלטים בארוחת הבוקר וזה היה חסר.

Our Kids Club is manned in July and August, with activities organised for children in the pools and the pool area. The premises are open for use even after that, though parents are advised to supervise their children at all times.
There must be a misunderstanding with regard to our pools; the Indoor Pool is heated year-round, to around 30-31 degrees Celsius. The Outdoor Pools, on the other hand, are at ambient temperature since the weather in Malta remains very warm well into November.
Please do reach out to our team members if you should have a room-related issue during a future visit, or if you wish for anything specific from the Kitchen at breakfast time. We are always happy to help!
