The hotel is opposite a small sandy cove, and the promenade. But it's also above a main road, although in September it wasn't too noisy. The roof pool has good views. There are lots of restaurants within a 20 minute walk, and a bus stop right outside the hotel, that can take you to many places. Breakfasts were averagely good, with a full English/Irish breakfast as well as continental breakfasts. We had a studio room that was large (approx 30 x 20 foot) and a spacious bathroom.

We had a sea view self catering suite overlooking the bay. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a safe in the room provided with no extra cost which was a bonus as most hotels charge extra for this. This hotel is in an excellent location with easy access to other areas via bus or on foot. There are a number of bars, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful despite the central location. Highly recommended. We will be coming back again very soon!!

Hotel se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji za setnju, a dobro je povezan i gradskim prevozom. Platili smo sobu sa pogledom na more. Sobe su opremljene osnovnim namestajem, za par dana boravka je funkcionalno. Krevet je los - rupa na duseku, nije prijatno spavati. Dorucak korektan, ali uvek isti.

For the price what you paying you getting amazing location, service and rooms.
Room was cheap but a little small, everything in the room worked.
Towels are life expired, most had holes in them.
One of the lifts was broken when I arrived. 4 days later, it was still broken.
Location is a bit further from the centre than I thought, fortunately the buses are good.
