Firstly, let me say DIMITRY is AMAZING!! He really is the epitome of "GOING THE EXTRA MILE" He was so accommodating to my husband and I who are traveling remote workers and I have to say by far this is the best hotel we've been too!!
Adarsh,(sorry if I spelled it wrong) who also receives the guest at the reception desk was also very reassuring that Dimitry would be able to help us with what we needed and boy did DIMITRY deliver.
To the owner of the hotel, you did right by having DIMITRY as your manager as he within our first hour of being at your hotel has made and ever lasting impression on us. Whenever, we are in Malta THE DIPLOMAT is where we will stay and I will recommend all of my colleagues and friends to stay here as well.
