This hotel left much to be desired. Throughout my stay, the service quality was consistently disappointing. From check-in to check-out, the experience was subpar. I wouldn’t recommend it, particularly for solo travelers, as it seemed poorly managed and gave off the impression of taking advantage of tourists. Issues ranged from inefficient processes to lackluster customer support. Overall, a regrettable choice for accommodation

Excellent hotel and amazing service. Nice spa for a relaxing. Big thanks to girls from the reception, Lily and Georgia, for a nice welcoming and their help. Also, staff at the bar and restaurant is really nice and polite.

Wunderbares, familiäres Hotel - leider in einer kleinen Seitengasse. Zum Meer geht es beidseitig steil abwärts (nichts für Gehbehinderte), direkt am Meer auch der -öffentliche- Außenpool, wo die Servicebereitschaft nicht ganz so ausgeprägt ist. Alles in Allem, vor Allem durch den schönen Spa-Bereich, trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!!

Amazing body treatment experience. Been to this hotel just for the Hot stones massage and it was divine. Tamara was also so welcoming, nice & kind. Even had a little extra glass of bubbles as it was my birthday on this day, so a really lovely attention, thanks again Tamara.
