Très bien situé pour visiter La Valette, et faire des excursions. Les bateaux navettes sont juste en bas. À quelques pas sur les rues arrières il y a de très sympas espaces commerciaux. La vue de la terrasse du petit déjeuner est top.

The only plus point for this hotel is the location.
Terrible hospitality and customer service. There was no electricity the day we landed, and we had to check in ourselves into another hotel for the night and it has been 4 months but the customer service still hasn't resolved the issue yet.
Not to mention that there was a cockroach in the washroom and it is a very dirty place.

Άλλο δωμάτιο κλείσαμε κι άλλο παραλαβαμε! Η απάντηση που πήραμε ήταν ότι έπρεπε να είχαμε κάνει την κράτηση απευθείας στο site του ξενοδοχείου και όχι από πλατφόρμα κρατήσεων! Επιεικώς απαράδεκτο! Για να μην συνυπολογισω το γεγονός ότι σε χώρα με τέτοιες υψηλές θερμοκρασίες, το economy δωμάτιο ΔΕΝ έχει ψυγείο! Μια καλή τοποθεσία λοιπόν δεν σώζει πάντα την κατάσταση
Rooms are the main issue - the single room has no proper ventilation - outside the window are noisy AC units. There is no kettle, cutlery, or cups in the room, which is extremely inconvenient.
AC could not set temperature, remote was not synced to it, reception could not fix it. Had to manually turn on/off with switch.
Roof hot tub bubbles are extremely weak.
