I would not recommend this place to be the one you choose. I can tell you about how poorly designed the hostel room is, with a glass door on the bathroom that shines light into the room. But I speak mainly on the staff here. I had something deeply traumatic happen to me on holiday, and when I walked back in shock to the hostel and told them what happened, the manager just left the room, and the girl at reception told me there wasn’t anything they could do for me. I was on a solo holiday, and walked in shock back to my room alone.

I noticed that the hostel said they offered me medical help and asked if I was okay. That is a lie. The man (I assume is the manager) left the room, and the women simply said there was nothing they could do. I was never offered any medical help, as being in that great of shock I would have said yes if asked. I think you can decide based on reading the response management left to this review why not to stay here.

Très belle auberge de jeunesse très bien entretenue ! Le bâtiment en pierre est très joli, typique de Malte. Les espaces communs et la chambre (dortoir de 6) sont très propres et nettoyés quotidiennement. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont clairement un point fort !!! où j'ai apprécié les moments de détente et de discussion avec les autres voyageurs. Le personnel est serviable et à l'écoute, ils donnent des conseils de visite ????
Au niveau de l'emplacement, c'est en plein cœur de Sliema, à proximité de tout, restaurants, commerces, transport, front de mer, navette vers La Valette, ...
Le seul point négatif aura été les ronflements mais il faut le prévoir quand on choisit de dormir en dortoir ????

Amazing atmosphere, beautiful building in the best location in Sliema. Staff are so helpful and owners keep this place in excellent condition. We loved our room and of course the Spa and Sauna. Definitely the best hostel on the island.
