Very near from the city centre. The people I met there was the best.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The host is a russian lady, she is very friendly and helpful, the lady who takes care of the house and cleaning is also very helpful. The place is new clean and has everything you need. The problem is that there are almost no tourists there, No hostel atmosphere at all. Half of the residents are students or workers who live in this hostel for a long time, they are not interested in contact with strangers at all. They treat this place a bit like their own, e.g. 1 of them working online regularly woke everyone up at 8 am with his alarm because he did not want to set the vibration. The other half of the inhabitants are young Russian men: deserters,and digital nomads. They stole my chocolate sealed in an extra wrapper so it couldn't have been a mistake and drank half a Coca-Cola with my name on it. The thief didn't even bother to close the bottle properly and put it back in the same place. I've been traveling for years and I've never lost anything in the hostel and here 2 times a day after a day.

Nice clean hostel with nice owners,they will give you all instructions you need.Bathrooms may get dirty in the evening,but for this price it's a good hostel in general.
