Check-in man with all the earrings was sitting on the patio when I got to the front desk. He seemed annoyed that he had to get up and was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have never experience such rudeness and unprofessionalism. Despite the brilliant room his behaviour spoiled our experience. The next guy on the desk wasn't much better. Unapproachable and didn't greet. Cleaning and breakfast staff very nice but I will not recommend this hotel to my colleagues for their business trips.

Great hotel: Good customer service from the welcoming receptionist, big beautiful room,comfortable beds and very quiet at night.
