Το Centrum αποτελεί μια αξιοπρεπή λύση για κάποιον που επιθυμεί να μείνει στο κέντρο της Λευκωσίας. Καθαρό δωμάτιο με στοιχειώδεις ανέσεις που δε θα σε ενθουσιάσει αλλά ούτε και θα σε απογοητεύσει σε κάποιο τομέα. Το πρωινό χρειάζεται δουλειά κυρίως στην ποικιλία. Το design και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ καλή. Θα το έχω υπόψη μου και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτώ τη Λευκωσία.

This hotel engages in swindle and manipulation.
We were put in a room that had nothing to do with the pictures on their advertisement and was of very low quality (pictures of the room we were put in attched).
When we complained they didn't even argue it being the room of the photos but said we had been in the room already for 45 minutes and had no right anymore to complain.
The receptionist of the hotel was extremely unfriendly with no intention to provide any customer service.
I needed to get customer service from the website I made the reservation envolved and email the pictures of the room. Only after they escalated the issue with the hotel cancelation was allowed and the cancelation fee was waved.

Péssima experiência. O hotel havia me disponibilizado um quarto diferente do contratado, quando questionados não queriam me mudar para o quarto contratado porque já havia se passado 1 hora desde que havia feito o checking. Após recorrer a empresa de reservas o hotel foi obrigado a reembolsar.
