青年旅舍设有胶囊双人床。现代化，维护良好。私人双人间。一楼设有咖啡厅。
这家青年旅舍坐落在新近建成的一个小阁楼里，是尼科西亚南区（Nicosie-Sud）住宿条件最差的旅舍之一。阁楼由六间双人卧室组成，每间卧室都非常宽敞。C'est propre, moderne et bien conçu (casiers, deux salles de bains, wifi, clim...).Il y a aussi une chambre privative et une cuisine commune pour préparer son petit déjeuner ou ses repas.Sinon, l'établissement dispose lui-même d'un café au rez-de-chaussée et il y a un fast-food arménien correct à proximité.

This was one of the best accommodation I have ever been to. The seperate room was big enough, very nicely done (interior wise), so you really feel cozy. The thing that got me the most, that room was so clean, I could literally eat from the floor (you do not experience that so often).
If you are an introvert by any chance, this is an acccommodation for you. You unlock and open everything with provided codes, so you do not have to get in touch with anybody.
I would definitely pay for a breakfast version. They provide two breakfast options. We chose the second one, Artigiano (coffe & breakfast/brunch place). You can choose from the menu there and get a really BIG tasty breakfast. Really cool place btw. Worth visiting.
Overall, Urban Habitat is a place which showcases how it should be done. Totally recommend!

Great hostel, friendly staff and close the old town. Convenient for 2 people

Hostel, clean and tidy. Bed is basic but clean. People need to ventilate after cooking to a vegan the smell of cooked meat makes me nauseous. Pin code on doors. Lockers are poor, needs proper floor standing. I would put a vanity sink in the room for quick wash before going out.

Ο χώρος είναι αυτό ακριβώς που φαίνεται και από τις εικόνες, όλο το χοστελ- 1 δωμάτιο με τα κρεβάτια, καθιστικό, κουζίνα και μπανια- βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο μιας πολυκατοικίας πίσω από το καφέ πάνω στο δρόμο. Είναι λίγο περίεργο να βρεις την είσοδο κατά τα άλλα και η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή και σου στέλνουν τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία για την άφιξη σου από νωρίτερα, άνετα κρεβάτια, παρέχεται πετσέτα, έχει σεσουάρ στον χώρο, ευρύχωρα ντουλαπάκια με κλειδί, μηχάνημα για πόσιμο νερό, ακόμα και ανταπτορα για την πρίζα. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.
It is located right in the heart of the city; cafes and grocery stores in a walking distance.
The accommodation itself is in a residency building, 3rd floor.
A common kitchen is available, clean and tidy, cooking is possible.
The bedroom is spacious enough and the beds are really big and comfortable.
In addition, there is a fan in each capsule which add so much value especially in the summer period.
Bathrooms are good too, hot water available.
The only drawback I must mention is the internet speed.
On the evenings is super slow.
All in all, highly recommend it!
