L'été dernier, mon petit ami et moi avons découvert cet endroit par hasard lors d'une excursion dans les montagnes - il nous a été recommandé par un habitant que nous avons rencontré. Dès que nous sommes entrés, l'endroit s'est avéré magique. Nous y avons passé une belle soirée que je n'oublierai jamais lors de ma première visite à Chypre. Nous ne nous sommes arrêtés que pour manger, mais tout nous a impressionnés - le service était merveilleux, nous avons été servis royalement, la nourriture était délicieuse - les meilleures lasagnes que j'aie jamais mangées ! en plus de cela, le serveur a donné à mon petit ami un mini cours de fumage de cigare, ce qui était adorable, et ce monsieur a volé nos cœurs ???? nous avons été très impressionnés par la vue depuis le balcon du restaurant de cet hôtel - c'est là que l'on nous a offert une table. C'était juste après la pluie, l'odeur des pins était adorable et l'ensemble du paysage que nous avons vu est probablement l'une des plus belles choses de Chypre. L'endroit est magique et restera à jamais lié dans mon cœur aux merveilleux souvenirs de cette soirée. J'espère sincèrement revenir ici un jour ????✨

Une expérience extraordinaire avec des amis dans cet endroit confortable en montagne. La vue était magnifique et l'atmosphère chaleureuse était parfaite pour le temps froid qui régnait à l'extérieur. Le Mille-feuille était excellent et la tarte à l'orange avait un zeste parfaitement équilibré. Une douce retraite dans les montagnes

Quelle belle expérience ! L'emplacement dans les montagnes Trodoos offre de superbes vues (le lever du soleil ???? a peint le sorounding en or incroyable)
Personnel génial avec un grand service, faisant tous les efforts pour plaire à notre séjour.
La nourriture est excellente, tant au déjeuner qu'au dîner.

Nous avons pu nous y détendre agréablement, loin de la civilisation, et profiter d'un sauna privé. Notre dîner a été un grand moment d'enthousiasme, car nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Le personnel était très aimable et très prévenant. Très beau bar avec cheminée, pour chiller après le repas.

Beau petit hôtel dans la région de Troodos. Belle suite . Personnel aux petits soins .En guise de bienvenue, un petit verre de Commandaria. Mignardises à différents moments de la journée, à votre arrivée et le soir accompagnées de la météo du lendemain ! Énorme buffet pour le petit déjeuner, quant au dîner, assiettes très copieuses !

Wow, quelle perle ! J'y suis restée 3 nuits et c'était... parfait ! La vue de mon balcon sur les montagnes est incroyable, le buffet du petit-déjeuner contient tout ce dont vous rêvez, le personnel est super sympathique et bavard, l'emplacement est parfait pour voir (et faire de la randonnée !!) la région et enfin... il y a un sauna / bain de vapeur que vous pouvez réserver pour vous-même. J'ai été surprise par la chaleur et le confort de cet hôtel et de son personnel. Ce fut de loin mon meilleur séjour pendant mes deux semaines de voyage. Je vous remercie !

Je n'y suis pas allée en tant que cliente, mais je tiens à remercier le personnel pour sa gentillesse ! J'ai raté mon bus et j'étais à bout de nerfs, pensant devoir rester à Platres pour la nuit et payer une somme folle pour un taxi. Heureusement, je suis venue ici et j'ai demandé de l'aide. On m'a immédiatement accueillie avec une tasse de chocolat chaud et on m'a promis de me ramener à mon hôtel à Limassol. Je suis revenue saine et sauve et je vous serai à jamais reconnaissante pour votre aide ! Je vous remercie !
Si vous cherchez un endroit sûr et confortable pour séjourner à Platres, je vous recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel !

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing!!! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Excellent food with plenty of vegetarian dishes and big delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. The Best Pet-Friendly Hotel in Cyprus.

Book an advance to secure a room with the good view. It is the only and the best option in the village with the breakfast. In our case the stuff was very friendly and ready to meet our demand and offer the best they could. The room was warm, even during the winter time due to the proper heating.

We visited the hotel for lunch thus this review only involves the restaurant food and not the stay or amenities. As our visit was in January we ordered a Beef Consommé soup. To our disappointment the soup was very blunt tasted more like boiled water instead of stock or broth. To top things up the soup was a very very small portion. Considering the soups were priced at 15.50 euros per person we were unfortunately disappointed by the Kitchen at our visit.

Albeit service was good and very friendly the food choices at the time weren't. Would recommend reconsidering menu pricing and reevaluating some of the dishes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with good energy!
The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety!
The sauna was very nice, with appointments to have private time!
Rooms and showers are a bit small, but for me that's not very important.
All in all, very cozy and enjoyable!

Το σαλόνι με τζάκι, και η αισθητική του χώρου, σε κάνουν να νιώθεις σαν να είσαι στο σπίτι σου. Μου άρεσε ο τοίχος με τις ιστορικές του φωτογραφίες από το χωριό και το ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο μας στον 3ο όροφο ήταν ωραίο με θέα. Το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο. Το πρόγευμα υπέροχο.

Αν και ανακαινισμένο τα δωμάτια είναι εξαιρετικά μικρά. Για άτομα με κινητικές δυσκολίες δε, ακατάλληλα παντελώς. Ωραία η ατμόσφαιρα αλλά λίγο υπερεκτιμημένο. Σε σχέση με το πόσο πολυδιαφημισμένο είναι, δε μας ενθουσίασε. Επίσης, αρκετά overpriced σε σχέση με το πώς ήταν το δωμάτιο. Μπορώ να πω όμως ότι είχε αν όχι το καλύτερο, σίγουρα από τα καλύτερα, προσωπικό. Πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετική όλοι τους!

I like this place I recommend it.
The pictures are from the restaurant.
The food and the atmosphere were very good.

Классный уютный отель, чистые, комфортные номера, хороший ресторан, прекрасный вид из окон, отличное расположение отеля. Отдыхали в январе, в номере было очень тепло, в ванной комнате есть полотенцесушители, что в принципе большая редкость для Кипра:)

We had an amazing Christmas weekend at this lovely boutique hotel. Came together with our 3 small kids and the moment we entered the hotel we were amazed from the level of service and finesse. All of the staff were absolutely kind and payed attention to every little thing that we needed especially having 3 small kids all over the place. Xmas activity and the gala dinner were notging but perfect and brought the xmas vibe and the special spirit. I would like to point out Ms.Benedict an amazing receptionist that helped us find a suitable room for us even it was so last minute before Xmas and guided us so nicely during our staying, And Ms.Amika from the restaurant that gave us such a personal costum made service and helped us with so much patient.
We truly felt welcomed and wanted during this Xmas weekend and we will definitely come back again.

Petit hotel with Grand prices!
The rooms... petit also. If your calling for a reservation make sure you don't get a connected room. You are going to listen EVERYTHING from the next room!!!
Staff is very polite and the place is clean but the food is very expensive for a 3 Star hotel. Expect to pay around €60 each for a dinner with an average bottle of wine! Not cheap! Good WiFi

Love, love, love this amazing hotel in Platres. The ambience, location, furnishings and decoration of the common areas and rooms plus the delightful restaurant, bar and food was fabulous and great for a romantic or relaxing stay with friends to investigate the beautiful Troodos area or just chill in the pretty village.
