Je me devais de laisser un commentaire en espérant que l'hôtel fasse attention à régler ce problème avec les futurs clients. J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel pendant une nuit et j'ai dû quitter l'hôtel le lendemain avant 10h30 pour des raisons personnelles. J'ai appelé la réception pour demander à quelle heure le sauna ouvrait et on m'a répondu 8h00.

Je suis arrivé au spa prêt à utiliser toutes les installations à 8h37. À ma grande surprise, rien n'avait été mis en service et je n'en ai jamais été informée. J'ai donc attendu jusqu'à 9h30 en espérant que quelque chose change, puis j'ai décidé de partir pour le petit-déjeuner.

Au moment de partir, on m'a demandé si tout allait bien et j'ai répondu "non, rien ne fonctionnait" À ma grande surprise, on m'a répondu "nous nous excusons".

A mon avis, c'est tout à fait inacceptable. Si le spa ouvre à 8h00, les clients devraient pouvoir utiliser les installations à 8h00, y compris le sauna, le hammam, etc. et non à 10h00 ou 11h00 lorsque quelqu'un décide de tout allumer lorsqu'il se souvient de le faire.

Mon expérience a été gâchée car je comptais utiliser les services du spa le matin de mon départ et je n'ai pas pu le faire. Cela m'a laissé une mauvaise impression et une déception générale. Surtout la réaction du personnel qui n'a pas semblé s'en préoccuper.

Au départ, j'étais impressionné par l'hôtel, le processus d'enregistrement, les serveurs qui commandaient du café à la réception, la chambre et le petit-déjeuner. Mais cette expérience et ce traitement au spa ont fait passer mon 5 étoiles à 2.

S'il vous plaît, travaillez sur ce point pour les futurs clients. Si on nous dit que le spa ouvre à 8h00, nous nous attendons à utiliser les installations à 8h00. Sinon, ouvrez à 10h00 et mettez tout en place à 8h00, mais s'il vous plaît, faites un plan d'amélioration.

The hotel I recently stayed at turned out to be a true paradise. From the beautiful grounds to the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The rooms were cozy, with stunning views of the sea, and the restaurants offered a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste.

I especially want to mention masseuse Nana, who skillfully eased my tensions and provided unforgettable experiences thanks to her professionalism and attention to detail. The spa treatments at the hotel were also top-notch.

I can't forget to mention the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The pool, sports facilities, and walking areas added extra fun and relaxation to my vacation.

Overall, the hotel left me with the most pleasant impressions, and I confidently recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to unwind.

A true 5 star resort....impeccable service , spotless , attentive staff, spacious high tech luxury rooms , very kids friendly , state of the art facilities , relaxing , superb spa and gym.....truly luxurious experience

We had the best stay with our 7 month old. The room itself and the view were both stunning. The pool and all the facilities were great - had an excellent massage and great to be able to use the indoor pool with the little one. The service was stand out (particularly Jordan, Agne and Sofia who Autumn fell in love with). Location is perfect - the walk by the sea is the best way to start the day! The only slight negatives were the service at the Bar was incredibly slow even during very quiet periods which was a shame but that aside, stunning hotel with amazing staff and would absolutely come back without hesitation
