I do have one concern which was a bit frustraing. The schedule was not really kept to. If you are going to put a schedule together with times/locations/activities then you may as well stick to it.
We found that the location of events changed and sometimes they just didnt happen. We wanted to go to bingo one night but ended up watching 5 guys being forced to take their shirts off and dance on stage. The entertainment outside on the night of Wed 15/11 went too far. It was not enjoyable and there was a genuine point in that "performance" where I questioned if it was even a staff member. It felt like I was watching a future HR case happening, the guys clearly didn't want to take their shirts off and dance but the host was pretty forceful and just wouldn't take no for an answer. He spent 30 minutes looking up random music on a laptop and asking for requests and when he played songs they were youtube videos of live performances. He ended the night by chatting up an audience member on stage and then just drank with them after.
I am not going to lower my rating because the hotel and location was amazing. We also managed to avoid that staff member for the rest of the trip.
The food and drink was the best we've ever had in an all inclusive ????
The sun bed allocation works well,we got one all week on the beach ⛱️
All the staff are friendly and do an amazing job.
I would highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.
