Fantastyczny hotel, piękne wnętrza, pokoje, otoczenie do tego personel na najwyższym poziomie. W pełni zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek a śmiało można by dać więcej . Bywałem w wielu hotelach 4-5 gwiazdkowych na całym świecie ale z taką obsługa nigdzie się do tej pory nie spotkałem.

Firstly this is the first part of my review for the Azia hotel as we are still here. My husband
and I have travelled all over the world, and stayed in some beautiful hotels, but with regards to hospitality, cleanliness and customer service, Azia is by far the best we have had.
The service and the staff and management are exceptional. They went
over and above the minute we arrived and
has continued throughout. Everything they do is done with a genuine smile. I selected this hotel purely on the reviews not the images on the website. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable but I don't think the photograhs show just how beautiful it is or gives it the recognition it deserves. The cleanliness is exceptional and this is one of my main requirements when booking a hotel, along with comfort. We booked the premium room with a sea view and it is lovely, ROOM 905. We arrived late at night, tired and hungry.
As soon as we arrived, a lovely gentleman grabbed our bags and took us to our room, where there was a lovely Panini sandwich with salad and tortilla chips and a bottle of bubbly and red wine waiting for us. What a lovely touch, we were so impressed.
On the first morning whilst at breakfast we were approached by the lovely Johanne, the Customer Relations Manager, who warmly welcomed us. Once in the room we contacted reception to advise that the room was rather chilly, and the lovely gentleman who took our cases promptly arrived with extra blankets and apologised, and explained that the heating was off due to the time of year. The following morning Johanne already knew that we advised that the room was a little cold as the temperature had dropped significantly. Johanna again apologised and promised to do what she could, and she certainly kept her word. The fact that the lovely young man had logged out concerns was amazing, shows that Azia really does care about their guests. We will definitely stay here again and tell our friends and family how truly amazing this hotel is. In addition, the hotel is in a fantastic location. The staff on the reception desk were welcoming, friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday and refilled to perfection, thanks to Freda and Danielle, they are amazing. Lorna and Errol Clarke, 905. Thank you so much Azia

Rien à redire, le personnel est adorable, la cuisine bonne, et l'emplacement superbe !

Alles in allem wirklich grandios.
Von der Unterkunft bis zum Personal gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unfassbar freundlich, gut drauf, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich zu jeder Sekunde gut aufgehoben! Die Zimmer waren top ausgestattet und waren sehr sauber. Das essen im allgemeinen Restaurant war auch wirklich immer einwandfrei. Die Anlage wird sehr sauber gehalten, es ist alles schön begrünt und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf’s Meer. Die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich wieder kommen! ????

Eine wundervoll gepflegte Anlage ???? Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich grandios und auch die Lage am Meer zum Sonnenuntergang hat mich überzeugt.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und ich habe die Aussicht in den wundervollen Garten ???? mit Meer jeden Morgen genossen ☀️
Der Fitnessraum ist nicht groß, aber klimatisiert und verfügt über sehr viele Geräte sodass man ein sehr gutes Ganzkörpertraining absolvieren kann.
Die Promenade reicht von hier bis 11 Kilometer und wahrscheinlich mehr, am Meer entlang. Was die Herzen von Läufern und Spaziergängern höher schlagen lässt. Die Abgeschiedenheit der Anlage zu anderen Hotels sowie das hochwertige, selbstangebaute Essen waren meine Highlights ????
Übrigens lief bei uns jeden Tag eine Mitarbeiterin am Pool & im Garten um einen mit Getränken zu versorgen ????
