Άνετο και μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο. Πολύ φιλικό και πρόθυμο προσωπικό. Καθαρά δωμάτια και άνετα από θέμα χώρου. Η πισίνα λειτουργεί μέχρι τις 17.00 και αν και Μάρτιος, θα την κάνουμε την βουτιά μας. Ένα πολύ δυνατό σημείο του, είναι ο εξαιρετικός μπουφές. Κάθε μέρα διαφορετικό μενού με φανταστικές γεύσεις. Θα σας έλεγα να κλείσετε και διατροφή μαζί με διανυκτέρευση. Το προτείνω.
I had to receive my lost luggage that day so i contacted her literally 5 times asking if the hotel received my luggage and she claimed that they didn't. She didn't want to move the finger and check it, even though the previous receptionist the day before was proactive checking the storage and left her a note. She didn't care at all and told me to contact airline.
I had to contact the company handling my luggage as I thought it was their fault. To my surprise, my luggage was in the hotel since the morning of 13.10.
If I didn't contact that company, my luggage would be lost owing to the lazy receptionist not willing to do her job. The worst service ever!
We would like to thank you for taking the time to offer us your honest feedback. It is with great concern to note that you were not fully satisfied with our service.
