The hotel is in quite a nice place but the staff outside the pool on the left-hand sidebar was so disgusting and rude that I think he doesn't know how to behave with customers. he was racist and his customer service was zero please make sure next time do not put this type of staff in your hotel it makes your hotel's reputation worse. I ordered fresh orange juice but he gave me the readymade one and the juice was half a glass as well. It happened on 29/10/23 at 11:45.

Tvarkingas viešbutis. Kambariai švarūs, lovos patogios. Personalas labai gerai dirba, paslaugus. Pusryčiai geri. Gerai sutvarkyta erdvė prie baseino, visada buvo vietos ant gultų. Vertas mokamų pinigų.

Rooms are really dated, old furniture, worn floor, stains, need complete decoration. Soft twin beds that separate where wanted double bed. No plugs near bed.
Staff and pool are nice. Wouldn’t stay again. Much nicer places for only a little more.
