One of the best hotels…. Many restaurants + casino …

One of the worst 5 star hotels in Limassol.
Service is non existent. During breakfast I was forced to bring silverware from an adjacent table after I was waiting 20 min to get a pair. In addition, I was waiting 30 min to get my coffee. No covered parking, imagine going there in summer for one week and you will need to leave your car out in over 40 degrees Celsius.

Lastly, they are blocking another 200€ over and above your reservation for insurance. When I have confronted them about this they said it is for security reasons. All the hotels they can charge your card when you use the mini bar or do any damage but on City of Dreams they block it as a precaution. Amazing. Stay away. There are better 5 star hotels in Limassol.

City of Dreams Mediterranean is a resort casino with so many activities. It is located at the west side of Limassol City, it has a wide variety of luxurious guest rooms and suites! Also has Presidential suite! Of course at the City of Dreams there is the larger Casino is Cyprus! And of course there are many restaurants, retail shops and EXPO and Ballroom Halls for Exhibitions!! As a guest you can relax at Spa and the internal pool and visit the Adventure Park! Also to relax at the Swimming Polls and have a nice brunch or dinner at one of the restaurants. Once in your lifetime you have to visit such an integrated Resort!

נסענו כמה חברים לסופש קצר של קזינו. מבחינת מיקום, המלון מרוחק וחייבים מונית לכל מקום. אבל לא זו הסיבה לציון הנמוך.
המלון עצמו מרשים, החדרים מרווחים, מודרניים, מיטות נוחות מאד, מרפסת גדולה, המיני בר כלול במחיר. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת. השירות של כל אנשי הצוות טוב מאד. אז למה נתתי רק כוכב אחד?
כי בקזינו מאפשרים לעשן. זה פשוט נורא ואיום. הקזינו מרווח, יפה, גדול ומושקע. אבל למה לעזאזל מאפשרים לעשן? רציתם לתת חוויה של בתי הקזינו בווגאס? בווגאס לא מאפשרים לעשן בשולחנות. זה היה פשוט בלתי נסבל. בכל שולחן שישבנו עישנו. אתה יושב לשחק ועשן הסיגריות אופף אותך. כל המלון מסריח מסיגריות וזה מרגיש כאילו אין חמצן. אתה פותח את דלת החדר ומיד ריח הסיגריות מורגש. ההרגשה היא כאילו אתה חי בתוך מאפרה. הייתי סהכ 2 לילות במלון וחזרתי בהרגשה שעישנתי 200 קופסאות סיגריות. אני מרחם על העובדים במלון שחשופים לעשן הסיגריות יום יום, שעה שעה. ממליץ להם לעבור בדיקת שיקוף ריאות, אני מפחד בשבילם לראות את תוצאות הבדיקה. זו היתה הפעם הראשונה והאחרונה שאתארח במלון הזה. מדיניות העישון הורסת את כל החוויה. הייתי בכמה בתי קזינו בעולם. באף קזינו שמכבד את עצמו לא מאפשרים עישון בשולחנות. אם אתם לא סובלים עשן וריח סיגריות, תבחרו מלון אחר לחופשה שלכם.
