We stayed at chipmunks den. The fireplace was broken. When we asked them to have it fixed, they said someone would come over but we never heard back from anyone and no one answered the phone when we were trying to follow up

Bardz przyjazne miejsce, super wyposażone. Lodówka, zmywarka wszystkie potrzebne naczynia szklanki czajnik garnki do gotowania. Itp. Reczniki. Fajny klimat z kominkiem i grillem na balkonie. Wszyscy mają! Nic nam tam nie brakowało.

We loved staying at the Hawk's Nest cabin - a comfortable little house in a beautiful setting! Being in the park was so convenient and saved us a ton of time getting to trails in the morning and coming back in the afternoons when we were exhausted. Hawk's Nest is close to Yosemite Valley and Mariposa Grove. Another advantage of being in the park is how quiet it is. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a full kitchen. We brought groceries from home and had so much fun cooking and eating while enjoying the gorgeous views from every window. There's plenty of parking. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Yosemite Nationalpark. Etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu Yosemite Village und Glacier Point. Man ist innerhalb des Parks und spart sich damit die täglichen Schlangen am Eingang - wenn man früh raus geht ist man vor der Welle. Wir hatten ein kleines Selbstversorger Appartement im EG. Alles etwas alt aber sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, kleine Küche, Kaffeeautomat mit Filter und Kaffee, Elektro-Grill auf dem Balkon. Für eine 4-köpfige Familie absolut ausreichend. Ausreichend Essen und Proviant mitbringen, denn im Park gibt es nur im Yosemite Village ein sehr begrenztes und teures Angebot. Tip: darauf achten dass das Appartement nicht im Eingangsbereich liegt, da dort die sehr lauten Vending Machines und Getränkeautomaten stehen. Zimmer generell sehr hellhörig. Es gab nur sehr langsames WLAN...also offline Karten runter laden!

Stayed for 3 nights in mid Apr 2023. Rooms were clean, spacious, peaceful and comfortable.

Self checkin was easy.

Location is ideal between in between Yosemite Village and Wawona (around 30 mins drive to either).

Would be better if the wifi is more stable.

The bad: 1. I was quoted a price of 425 a night through national park reservations. I booked the same day as the quote then a few hours later they call and say that to keep the reservation I actually need to pay 525 a night. EXTREMELY SKETCHY! 2. Power was out an entire day during my stay during freezing weather. There was a gas heater, but it wouldn't work. When I called the office they already knew about broken heater and had left an electric space heater in the rental for that reason ( but had not communicated the heater was broken). Clearly the electric heater was worthless without power. 3. The beds are EXTREMELY firm.

The good: 1. Falcons nest downstairs is spacious and location is very nice in NP less than 30 min from Yosemite valley. 2. The kitchen has nice appliances and cookware. 3. When power is on, thers is reliable internet.

We stayed here for one night and had an great experience. As soon as we arrived the house management called and asked if there are any unanswered questions and offered their help if there's any problem. The room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed staying here and can only recommend this location.

We stayed in the Explorer's Retreat. It was very expensive but wow! Amazing house, clean and inviting, nicely furnished and with everything you could need. Nice new and clean pots, pans, pyrexes, really anything you could possibly need is already in the kitchen and looks new and nice. Laundry room with big, new washer and drier, I went to the office to ask for detergent and got a bag of Tide pods and a box of drier sheets. Whatever you need or want, they will give you. This was an amazing experience.
