Camp de seulement 30 emplacements (de 6 personnes maximum).这是整个公园中最便宜的营地，而且可以自由出入。Le camp 4, historiquement célèbre car particulièrement passager depuis le début duXXesiècle, est très bien situé : en plein cœur de la vallée, près des falaises de granit et des chutes de Yosemite.周围有冲洗台、烧烤架、烧烤桌、厕所、饮用水和遮阳伞。De fin mai à septembre, la réservation s'ouvre une semaine à l'avance et la durée est limitée à 14 nuits.Le reste de l'année, premier arrivé, premier servi ！

Bear lockers are available and I could see if you could close with a lock. It has the mechanism against bears ofc, but not against humans. Definitely an honor system so be good Samaritans!
Bathrooms were super clean so very nice. And very easy to stay and access a good number of hikes.
Even though the sign said it was full, there was some vacancy left. It is hard to look for, but basically the rule is one camping party per bear box. Parking is sometimes a nightmare.
- There’s no privacy from others, it’s all pretty much just one big site.
- it feels like you’re backcountry camping because there are no electrical outlets on sites (bring a portable charger) AND the bathrooms only had cold water.
- there is a place to wash dishes and shower, but they are the most unkept facilities I’ve ever seen. In the shower stall I used, the shower head was on the ground only replaced by a tied on ziploc bag. The air vent was caked in mold.
Sorry Yosemite Valley, this campground ain’t it. The only upsides are the views and location.
