Please book your stay at this hotel! I made the mistake of booking a room with 3 Peaks Hotel and they were horrible! Horrible management and staff. Cruel to me and my husband and dog..they have attitudes and DO NOT CARE about anything. NO HOT WATER Bed bugs and cockroaches! The 3 Peaks Hotel should be SHUT DOWN! They will not accommodate you or care for you and your family at their property!

Love this spot and have stayed here multiple times for the past two seasons!

*Location is unbelievable- walking distance to the gondola and to all the restaurants and bars in South Lake Tahoe. You can also leave your car here on checkout day if you are skiing on your last day.

*Complimentary breakfast is solid: bagels, toast, oatmeal, granola bars, juice and coffee.

*Rooms are cozy and decent-sized, with plenty of space for ski equipment.

*Staff is really responsive and accommodating if you book through their website. It’s also very easy to call them and make a reservation by phone.

If you’re looking for a low frills spot where you can easily ski and enjoy South Lake Tahoe, this is it!

I give this place 5 stars, location is walking distance to heavenly gondola, casinos and all shops/restaurants! Room was exceptionally clean and cozy, did not make their breakfast but they serve continental breakfast. Don't hesitate to book

I got a covid canceled 3 days before arrival to not only be safe care for hotel staff and others but the management of the hotel are very rude mean and careless they still charged me a whole day i even dispute the charges and the management challenged the dispute i should it go and get everyone exposed as the management rather, i guarantee they even sold the room to someone else since i canceled 3 days sooner and they were fully booked and doubled their money i dont recommend this hotel and their management to anyone.
