I went with my partner. We both ordered an expensive mix of seafood. The shrimp in both orders hadn't been deveined. What a ROOKIE move of a so-called professional chef. We told management and they thumbed their noses at us. We still tipped them. I'll never go back or recommend eating at THIS Joe's Carb Shack. Bad food bad service.

When entering, it’s very lively. Had the honey mustard glazed salmon since it was new in the menu and it was very good.

Our server Brittany was amazing and attentive. Atmosphere always had a good vibe. Food was pretty good, just a bit pricy (much like everywhere else) but all around a nice experience.

Had excellent service with Jeremiah as our waiter. When dining ask for him. Add shrimp and seafood ensemble. Great place to entertain.

Food is what you expect from Joe's. The service was great! Scored a window table. View was better than expected.

You could tell the cooks don't care take any pride in what they do. The fried fish had breading that wasn't done and the crab boil was poorly thrown together.

The food is what is to be expected for a seafood focuses family restaurant. It's not fancy but it's good quality. The server was good but I think the kitchen was holding her back, either burning the food and remaking it or releasing it in the wrong order (app with entree instead of before). Overall a good fun laid back experience

I have eaten better calamari. I didn't like today's cocktail, a Tropicalmule. Nothing special.

Food was wonderful and lots of it. Our waiter seemed a bit overwhelmed and never checked on us after we received our food. Our drinks never were refilled. I would definitely go again though, not going to let someones off day ruin it for us.

Missing Half of my order. This place doesn’t deliver great service to their guest. Crab platters were missing the shrimp and sausage. They don’t offer you gloves. Told them my issue and they told me give them 20 minutes. Never visiting this place again. Crowded tiny atmosphere with no where to sit while you wait on your take out order.

Our waiter Junior was fantastic!!! We wanted to sit outside but they hadn’t opened the patio, Junior was more than happy to serve us! Even though we were the only ones out there he was on top of it and had great customer service!!

We went here for dinner because the last time we were here we had good food and wanted to give another shot. This time was completely different. It was Sunday night and we expected it to take some time because they were busy. It started with our drinks taking over 30 mins.... the our food was close to two hours! I got the steak and shrimp and it was horrible. Shrimp was dry steak was dry and tough. Everyone at our table received bad food that was either sitting too long or poorly cooked. The waiter didn't seem to know or care what was going on and seemed to blame everyone instead of just saying sorry. He didn't refill water's and I had to ask him for another round of drinks. I really didn't want to complain but $240 for really bad food, I needed to write something. I could have delt with bad service if the food was at least decent. As you can see from my reviews I rarely post bad comments.

Very disappointing!! How do we get Cajun crab pots with no seasoning, and no butter? When I asked the waitress brought out one small cup of sauce that wouldn’t cover half of the meal. $200 lunch for what???
